ForTES is a non - profit association that acts in the sector of instruction and vocational training. The association promotes the development of permanent education in favour of social cultural and economic integration of people. An important activity of ForTES concerns the development of methodologies to get over barriers between educational-training moments and operative realities in the world of work; in this context, ForTES studies the problems concerning the recognition of competencies acquired in the different places of social and professional life. The action of ForTES bases itself on the engagement of a nucleus of operators that have a long experience in training, above all inside public training structures. The ForTES operators have directly managed projects financed by the European Union and have contributed with publications and others things to the diffusion of culture of continuous training.
