OUR HISTORY
Fortes was founded in 2002 on the initiative of a group of training professionals and practitioners committed to promoting the social, cultural, and economic integration of young people and adults.
The growth journey undertaken over the years led Fortes to evolve and, in 2013, obtain the status of a social enterprise, embracing the principles of corporate social responsibility (ISO 26000).
Fortes Social Enterprise is now a non-profit service organization that works with schools, training institutions, and public and private entities across Europe to implement educational and professional development initiatives (such as company internships, language stays, and training experiences) through transnational and interregional mobility.
With a team of professionals specialized in various fields, Fortes offers comprehensive project design and consultancy services, supporting public and private entities that wish to access European, national, and regional funding for training and professional guidance activities.
Fortes organizes both short- and long-term mobility programs in 15 different European countries for students from various technical institutes, vocational schools, and high schools, as well as for ITS academies, teachers, and technical staff from schools and public institutions. At the same time, Fortes arranges internships and professional training courses in the Veneto region for students, teachers, and technical staff from both Europe and Italy, in collaboration with key organizations and companies across a wide range of sectors.
Over the years, Fortes has gained particular experience in organizing internships for people with special needs or from disadvantaged backgrounds, guided by a vision that sees diversity not as a barrier, but as an added reason to experience international or interregional mobility.

Il percorso di crescita compiuto negli anni ha portato FORTES a trasformarsi fino a conseguire, nel 2013, la qualifica di Social Enterprise, aderendo ai principi della Responsabilità Sociale d’Impresa (ISO 26000).
Today, FORTES Impresa Sociale is a non-profit service organization that works with schools, training institutions, and public and private entities across Europe to implement educational and professional development initiatives (such as company internships, language courses, and training experiences) through transnational and interregional mobility.
Con uno staff di professionisti in diverse aree di competenza, FORTES offers an integrated service for the organization of training offre un servizio completo di progettazione e consulenza affiancando soggetti pubblici e privati che vogliano accedere a finanziamenti europei, nazionali and regionali per attività di formazione e orientamento professionale.
FORTES organizza mobilità short e long term in 15 diversi Paesi europei per studenti di numerosi Istituti tecnici, professionali e licei, per Accademie ITS, per docenti e per personale tecnico della scuola e di enti pubblici. Parallelamente, FORTES organizza in Veneto stage e percorsi formativi professionalizzanti per studenti, docenti, tecnici europei e italiani, in collaborazione con enti e aziende rilevanti nei più diversi settori.
Nel corso degli anni FORTES ha acquisito una particolare esperienza anche nell’organizzazione di tirocini per persone con bisogni speciali o svantaggiate, in una visione che considera la diversità non un impedimento, ma una ragione in più per vivere un’esperienza di mobilità internazionale o interregionale.
