Strategic Partner Networks

With many years of experience in organising mobility projects, recognised by institutions and other training bodies throughout Europe, FORTES Social Enterprise is actively involved in strategic partnerships financed by the European Union within the framework of continuing training and international exchange experiences.

European Solidarity Corps

FORTES Impresa Sociale Srl has obtained the certification of "Quality Label" for the type of Volunteering and the role of Support and Hospitality from the National Youth Agency for the seventies 2021 - 2027 by EUROPEAN SOLIDARITY BODY

Project "Blue Bridge" 2020-2-PL01-ESC11-082903

The project aims to encourage mutual understanding among young people within the Euro-Med region (including the Caucasus region) and fight against stereotypes and prejudices; to promote active citizenship among young people and improve their sense of solidarity. The project allows volunteers to express their solidarity, gain intercultural experience and develop new skills. It brings benefits to local communities and the host organization.

Business Incubator GO-UP

Who we are?

Objectives of GO-UP

BUSINESS E-INCUBATOR GO-UP was established through the joint collaboration of Horizon Results Booster of the European Commission. Seven partners under the joint GO-UP civil society:

Accelerate smart growth across Europe by facilitating: start-ups, cooperativism, social entrepreneurship, low impact investments, youth agri-entrepreneurship and venture-building across the entire agri-food value chain; Create smart and green jobs and smart employment opportunities for young people; and improve the regional framework for MSME development through support and networking of local and regional partners in the public, private, civil society and academic sectors.

Specific objectives

Accelerate smart growth across Europe by facilitating: start-ups, cooperativism, social entrepreneurship, low impact investments, youth agri-entrepreneurship and venture building through the entire value chain.

OS1: Capacity building: training, advice, mentoring and other services to SMEs/start-ups and entrepreneurs in accordance with clearly defined skill gaps.

OS2: Job creation/employment: facilitating the start-up and competitiveness of SMEs (including students/researchers) and promoting innovation in the agricultural sector with the highest potential for job creation and growth.

OS3: Development of cross-sectoral links: promoting and strengthening cooperation between universities and business.

OS4: Building businesses in the agri-food and bio-economy by pooling resources, creating structures to grow businesses from scratch to unicorns, innovating in products, services and value chains that are climate neutral, Intelligent and socially just.

The results are identified as follows:

  • Result 1: Strengthening local structures, including better access to and use of knowledge, research and information;
  • Result 2: Creation of new jobs and raising the level of entrepreneurship;
  • Result 3: Strengthening relationships and networking, reducing barriers to entry, increasing visibility;
  • Result 4: Responsible impact investments, business building, sustainable and smart growth in a European network

Recipients

  • Incubator users, both remotely and physically at the sites of Go-Up partners;
  • self employed (50:50 F/M) and young entrepreneurs (50:50 F/M);
  • students (50:50 F/M) / teachers (50:50 F/M);
  • Unemployed young people (50:50 f/m);
  • Business angels and investors;
  • Service providers operating in the ecosystem and supporting entrepreneurs with, inter alia, IT infrastructures, accounting, incorporation and patents.
  • Value creators in the agro-food and bio-economy sectors.

GO-UP Activities

  • Business incubation programme and direct support for the development of start-up businesses or innovative products/services;
  • Analysis and targeted advice;
  • Mentoring;
  • Support for the establishment of a business by providing an address and registered office;
  • Mediation in investor search and negotiation support;
  • Development of new business models/ adaptation strategies, adapted to the local and regional context;
  • Training and matchmaking with suitable business partners;
  • Transfer of knowledge;
  • Information and awareness activities;
  • Participation in international cooperation and projects receiving grants from the EU and other countries.
