Project "CApacity building for success - foSTering youth professional realization and employability" Agreement number - 617332

The project focuses on youth employability and how to promote skills development through training. In line with the European cohesion policy priority to reduce youth unemployment, the project aims to bridge the gap between the needs and requirements of the SME sector, the market, education and employment.  The intention is to introduce blended learning courses, which will prepare young people (18 - 30 years old) according to employers' guidelines and their profiles for open, continuous qualification and personal development. For the dissemination of educational methods, an electronic platform has been implemented to provide innovative, bilingual and accessible educational resources.
