NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIPTION INFORMATION
PURSUANT TO ART. 13 REGULATION (EU) 2016/679
Fortes Impresa Sociale S.r.l, within the scope of its institutional purposes and in compliance with the obligations provided for by art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 ("GDPR"), provides users who wish to subscribe to the newsletter service offered through the form on the website www.fortes.it with some information regarding the processing of the data acquired.

2 CATEGORY OF DATA PROCESSED AND PURPOSES OF PROCESSING
The personal data to be provided by the user (name, surname, e-mail address) will be processed by Fortes Impresa Sociale S.r.l. in order to allow the interested party to subscribe to the newsletter and receive periodic information about European and regional projects, as well as proposals and offers of services of which Fortes Impresa Sociale S.r.l. is the promoter, sent by e-mail to the e-mail address indicated at the time of registration.
3 LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING
The legal basis that legitimizes the processing of data is the consent that each user is free to give or not and which can, however, revoke at any time by selecting the "unsubscribe" button displayed in the form.
4 NATURE OF THE CONTRIBUTION
The conferment of data is optional, however, refusal to provide them makes it impossible for the Data Controller to process requests to send the newsletter.
5 TREATMENT MODALITY
The processing shall be carried out in full compliance with the principles of confidentiality, correctness, necessity, lawfulness and transparency, both on paper and with the aid of computerised means, adopting technical and organisational measures suitable to protect them from unauthorised or unlawful access, destruction, loss of integrity and confidentiality, even accidental.
6 RECIPIENTS AND CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
The Personal Data, in addition to the employees of the company departments responsible for the pursuit of the above mentioned purpose, expressly authorised for processing and instructed as to the purposes and methods of processing, may be made accessible, on behalf of the Data Controller, to external parties designated as data processors to whom appropriate operating instructions are given (e.g. companies that provide site maintenance and development services, IT service providers, managers of electronic platforms).
The Personal Data of the Users will not under any circumstances be disseminated.
7 STORAGE TIME
Data retention is limited to the duration of use of the newsletter service requested until consent is withdrawn.
8 DATA TRANSFER
The management and storage of personal data will take place on servers located within the European Union of the Data Controller and/or third party companies appointed and duly appointed as Data Processors. The data will not be transferred outside the European Union.
9 RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY AND METHODS OF EXERCISING THEM

Data subjects who consider that the processing of their personal data is in violation of the provisions of the Regulation, are also entitled to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor Authority for the protection of personal data, as provided for in Article 77 of the Regulation itself, or to take appropriate legal action (Article 79 of the Regulation).
