History

FORTES Impresa Sociale is a non-profit service company

 that works with schools, training institutions and public and private European companies to carry out educational and professional development actions (internships in companies, language courses, training experiences) through transnational and interregional mobility.

With a staff of professionals in various areas of expertise, FORTES offers a complete service of planning and consulting by supporting public and private entities that want to access European, national and regional funding for training and career guidance activities.

FORTES was founded in 2002 by a group of operators and training professionals committed to the social, cultural and economic integration of young people and adults. The path of growth over the years has led FORTES to become a Social Enterprise in 2013, adhering to the principles of Corporate Social Responsibility (ISO 26000).

FORTES organizes short and long term mobility in 15 different European countries for students of many technical, professional and high schools, for ITS Academies (Advanced Technician Diploma, EQF level 5), for teachers and technical staff of schools and public bodies. At the same time, FORTES organises internships and professional training courses in Veneto for students, teachers, European and Italian technicians, in collaboration with relevant bodies and companies in the most diverse sectors.

Over the years, FORTES has also gained particular experience in organising traineeships for people with special or disadvantaged needs, in a vision that considers diversity not an impediment, but an additional reason to live an international or interregional mobility experience.
