New planning of Erasmus+ mobilities

With the new year FORTES has resumed the planning of Erasmus+ mobilities for spring- summer 2021. The Incoming Team is working to expand the network of local companies in order to offer students high quality internships, while the Outgoing Team is managing the selection of candidates to be sent abroad.

"Despite the delicate and uncertain period - explains Andrea Cecchin, co-founder of FORTES Impresa Sociale - even in the Training and Education sector there is a desire to restart. Italian schools are showing great participation and interest in European exchange programmes”. 

 Thanks to the Guidelines issued by the European Commission concerning the management of Erasmus+ projects during the COVID-19 emergency, beneficiaries of EU funding, as well as being able to request changes to the start and end date of the project period, can carry out all or part of their activities in virtual or mixed mode. 

 Andrea Cecchin continues: "these provisions not only facilitate the organisation of mobility programmes, but also help us to maintain a strong collaboration with Italian schools and our foreign partner organisations." 

 In recent months, FORTES has also established several collaborations with foreign training organisations that have resulted in some interesting synergies. In short, new ideas and innovative projects are on the horizon...
