35 years of Erasmus. For an increasingly inclusive and safe mobility
FORTES partner in new KA2 project
FORTES is partner of an innovative KA2 project with seven training institutions from Romania and Bulgaria and from the Western Balkan countries (Serbia, Montenegro, Albania, Macedonia and Bosnia). The goal is to support young people in acquiring the most demanded skills in the job market.
The project intends to develop blended learning courses and a common increase in the employability of young people and the development of their skills, especially the so called, soft skills.
In this first phase of the project, lasting two years, each partner conducted an analysis on the condition of young people in their own country, focusing on the key aspects of the project: training, employability, active national policies to reduce unemployment and the failure to meet the needs of companies in terms of skills and the characteristics of the workforce.
Our next step is to get to know training centres that focus on the development of the most demanded skills in the labour market. Our aim is to allow citizens to find as many training opportunities as possible. If you know any training centre, we kindly ask you to contribute to our research by filling out this form: https://forms.gle/irRiNY5FzYRvfguH8
